I wouldn't mind seeing certain nights of the week dedicated to specific games. That way different games aren't competing for tables space, seems like it would just make things go smoother.

Currently we do have specific dates andtimes for specific events.

Monday is open gaming from 6 to Midnight.  We have the board game group called Atomic Squash that meets up at the store at this time so mainly this evening is geard towards Board games.

Tuesdays we have RPG players meet upat the store from 5 to 8.  We have a Pathfinder group and D&D group meeting there.

Wednesday is D&D Encounters night from 6 to 8

Thursday is Warmachine from6 to 10 PM

Friday is Friday Night Magic from 6 to Midnight

Saturdays are reserved for special events.  Currently Saturday Nights are open.

Sundays we have Pokemon from 1 to 3.

The biggest challenge is we have are people coming up to the store to play without checking what we have on the calendar.  If it gets too crowded, the events planned for the night has first priority

Well we are both set on the same day, we need to figure out how we can stop last night from happening again. The 40K Fight Club would if possible to get as least one or two tables in the back for our meetings and games. If this is not exceptable, the two tables in the front will have to do. But if things really get down to it, we can always see if we can change dates. If that fails then we can try to find a different store or place to hold the meetings. I am sorry if last night caused any problems with you guys but I saw that our space continued to get hammered due to the comming of the card guys (Magic?) and then people were comming and going from the store.
We're all gamers here so let me know what you think.

The other night should not happen again.  The Magic guys and casual players that showed up on Thursday will be asked to leave in the future if there is not enough room.  Thursday night will be reserved for Warmachine and 40K fight club.  There should be enough room for both.  Also, when we move to the new store there will not be any need to put tables out in the front like we usually do.  The new store is being laid out so that the fixtures in the back of the store can roll forward allowing for the game space to expand.  We will not have a dividing wall which will help make this possible.  I am also considering extending hours for one other night in the week.  If it is easier for you guys to meet on Tuesdays, I would be willing to keep the store open until 10 on that night.

We don't usually show up on Thursdays but a friend from out of town was staying with me for a week and we wanted to get an extra game in. I'd forgotten that 40k fight club was going to be there too, but we seemed to have room table wise. I didn't know there were card players that showed up later, I could see that making it a bit over crowded. Normally my group only shows up Mondays and Saturdays.

Tuesday night we are staying open for the 40K Fight Club.  Other Warhammer (40K or Fantasy) players are welcome to come up and play as well.  If there is a space issue then Fight Club has first priority, other Warhammer gamers are first come first serve and any non-Warhammer players are next in the pecking order.

Players are welcome to come up and play anything they want but if we need space then the people who are there for the specific event get first priority.
